First Nations Vet Clinic - Siletz

DOGS:

Dogs will receive a spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip, and flea & tick medication. Cats will receive a spay/neuter and vaccinations. Must be a Siletz Resident to register your pet. 

Dog requirements: Weight: under 60 lbs. Location: Live within the boundaries of the reservation.

Located at Siletz Recreation Center -- 1016 Buford Ave, Siletz, Oregon 97380

CATS:

Cat requirements: Weight: over 2 lbs. Location: Live within the boundaries of the reservation.

Drop off is 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM for dogs and 11:00 AM for cats.

If you have dogs and cats come closer to 8:30 AM.
